I'm going to see Saw 3 tonight..Anyone else seen it and can tell me what they think?
10-31-2006, 07:22 PM
Oh yeah, I saw it! It was good, just like the second one! SPOILER AHEAD! HIGHLIGHT TO SEE: Jigsaw died, but the producers say they're making a saw 4. How the heck are they gonna pull THAT off???
10-31-2006, 07:52 PM
Yeah it was good and gorey, though the twist on the end was a tawn compared to the other two.
11-03-2006, 02:24 PM
The movie was pretty good...I can't wait for Saw 4!! I wish they would make a 4th Scream...I love the Scream movies, so even if it was horrible, I'll still see it....
11-06-2006, 02:59 PM
I didnt care much for Saw III. Actually I didnt care much for any of them. Sure its a neat concept and the twist at the end of the first one was great, but it just doesnt rate as a "horror" movie for me.
11-06-2006, 06:46 PM
Don't really have an interest in that one either..but thats just evil's opion!!
11-06-2006, 07:43 PM
I heard that it was really good. I don't know. I was thinking I might go see it with some friends tomorrow because we have the day off of school.
11-06-2006, 10:24 PM
You should spend the day studying instead. A day off from school should not be a day off from learning! Just playin' with ya! :p
11-06-2006, 11:20 PM
Sasquatch is right though..once you finish school..then you can do just about anything with your life..education wise that is. They say good grades pay off in the future.

I still want the watch the saw movies, but most of the people I know say it's crappy and manage to talk me out of renting it ,even so I still want to see it,heh I even managed to create jigsaw on a wrestling video game I have.
02-26-2007, 03:25 PM
You serious? If the nedings haven't been spoiled, rent them and watch them, at the very least it's got some of the most brutal deaths since that fat chick in Big Money Hustlaz...
02-26-2007, 03:26 PM
(Also if you wanna see something that'll really shock you check out Cannibal Holocaust)
02-26-2007, 05:07 PM
hmm...well, the thing is,I just kind of got into the sick, violent, torture type movies, the only one I've seen though, is hostel.
02-26-2007, 08:05 PM
*sniff* Hostel! Kana is so beautiful! I wanted to cry when she died! :( In my eyes the severe burns on her face didn't affect how pretty she was at all. (but I'm kinda weird.)
02-26-2007, 09:23 PM
burns? no, she had her eyeball ripped out of the socket, then the guy that was with her when they escaped cut it off.
02-28-2007, 10:41 AM
Yeah, I know but she was burned too. Still beautiful, I tell ya!
02-28-2007, 04:44 PM
I thought the torturer just tore up her face.
02-28-2007, 05:17 PM
That could be... Lots of people think that she was burned for some reason.
03-02-2007, 07:49 AM
Because he's holding a blow torch to her face....
Then hero dude snips her eyeball off
(FYI the bald guy who messes up the Asian gals with said blow torch face was Eli Roth, the director of Hostel 1 and 2 and also the movie Cabin Fever, a great cheesy B-Style horror movie that has one of the kids from Boy-Meets-World, all grown up and infected with a flesh eating disease)
03-02-2007, 05:27 PM
oh! of course! now I remember the blow torch.
03-04-2007, 07:02 PM
Beautiful young woman, eh?????? Burned or not she's hella prettier than those ugly European chicks! I hate them. And that Oli guy that "doesn't like asian girls"
03-04-2007, 10:47 PM
yeah,I guess. of course I would think the germans are cute,I'm half german.
03-04-2007, 10:51 PM
Yep, typical...she's just ok to you....Is it because of her asian-ness? or flatnes, perhaps? This kinda stuff makes me bitter. I won't argue though.
03-05-2007, 12:37 AM
no,that's not it.
03-05-2007, 08:06 AM
Wow Chishio is bearing the torch. *lol* Being half asian and having alot of Filipino family, Asian women, are extremely cute and exotic... and those Japanese women will do ANYthing in the sack....
However having so much asian/islander family, most asian gals remind me of someone in my family... which is kind of a turn off... as I'm sure most people can identify with.
Anyhow... back to the topic... Joker, watch Saw one and two...
03-05-2007, 12:42 PM
no,that's not it.
I'm sorry for the way I acted...:( I was in a bad mood last night.
03-07-2007, 03:45 PM
Oh you're fin Chish
No one is gonna hold it against you

03-10-2007, 10:35 AM
Konnichiwa! Can I join in on the convo? Watashi no namae wa Screamy desu. hehe
I didn't see Saw III because my friend was scared at the last minute so we saw Santa Clause III instead, and we saw the end of Flushed. lol
I just rented Saw I and I'm going to watch them all. lol
Has anyone heard of this awesome Japanese horror flick called Chain 2? I soo wanna see it, but I can't find it anywhere.
03-10-2007, 06:32 PM
I think I've heard of it,but that's probably why you can't find it,it's japanese!
03-12-2007, 10:06 AM
She'll find it, I have lots of Japanese movies! I even have an anime that haasn't been released in America yet! And it's subtitled! I NEVER watch anime or Japanese movies in English!
03-19-2007, 08:23 AM
I'm usually a purist like that too, Asian and Oriental movies I watch subtitled, though there is some Anime, like Trigun and Cowboy Bebop that, I think, sound better in English, especially since they don't just translate word for word, the re-write the dialogue to match the characters and our language, without butchering the original diaogue. Though some anime dubs are just terrible... like Baki the Grappler... or Jin Roh... or even Ninja Scroll....
Anyhow, just got my buddies to watch Saw 3, they dug it especially the rack, that twisted that guys limbs at all the joints
03-26-2007, 11:40 AM
The only anime I think sounds better in English is Steamboy because it makes no since listening to a british boy speak Japanese. But the
lip-syncing is terrible. Their mouths move all wrong in English.
03-29-2007, 06:45 AM
Steamboy was good like that. I also dig Hiyao Miyazaki films in English, like Spirited Away and the Prince Returns, They get big name actors to do the voices, and they do a real good job...
04-05-2007, 02:18 AM
I finally watched saw! that was the best movie I've seen since forest gump! ha ha
04-05-2007, 06:58 AM
*lol* Wow, nice comparison, though FG and Saw... not so much in the same idiom.
The first Saw had the best twist....
04-14-2007, 04:24 AM
I quite enjoyed Saw..didn't like Saw 2 as much..can't wait to see Saw 3.
04-23-2007, 07:25 AM
Saw 3 was brutal and sick, as usual. Some tense moments and squeamish parts...
But the "twist" was not nearly as shocking as the first two, in fact this one was really predictable compared to the other two. It relied mostly on being really vague and just plain not showing important details.
Unlike the first one where it was all right in your face waiting to be discovered, then hit you like a frying pan.
05-15-2007, 02:32 AM
Ok like I said in another thead,I finally watched this and really enjoyed it.
