Does anybody have a blood lust? I do. A feeling to see and feel blood flow along the ground and along your body. There was a time (though I can't remember it clearly) that I didn't like blood. In fact , I was afraid of it. Why, you ask? Because of my upbringing. I won't bore you with the details, but things changed when I became a teenager. High school can be very hellish on the weak and weary. It was then that I started thinking about death and blood, thouhg not in the same catagory. No one understood why I started liking bloody horror movies and violent video games. The truth is, those things are nothing. I really wanted to feel blood, but I didn't like pain. I never cut myself like a sadomaschicist. But there was that one thing about blood that has a hypnotic feeling over me. Power, control over life. A control even now I don't have in my life. I'm not trying to scare you (HAHAHAHAHA). Ok , maybe I am. Who cares. I will leave you now with a quote. "The blood is the life!"

Blood... yes... it's all about the blood... the beautiful, warm, salty life force that flows in all of them... I mean all of "us".

I've had those moments. Often. I think it's the life connection that blood has subconciously. It's kind of sensual, in a way.

The allure of blood is strong & difficult to resist. The way I see it, the best thing to do when when something stimulates your lust for blood is to simply give in. I've tasted my own blood before & I would love to taste the blood of my enemies.

I don't like to look at anything bloody nor am I interested in consuming it. I have tasted mine once but I did not find it appetizing.

Red - did it make you like not eating food? I find this an interesting sideaffect.
Cutting is different for diff people.

I very much enjoy the sight of blood, but only on horror movies, hentai, and on myself. I don't lick it though, lol! I don't cut my self, but if I have a huge scab I pick it to see the blood. One time, I drew a pic of a goth anime girl, then I picked a scab and smeared the blood on her eyes and mouth. Then I signed "chishio" with the blood. I am NOT a sick, sadistic person though. I'm just goth hehe ^_^

Sounds sort of like what KISS did back in the late 70s when Marvel was printing KISS comics. They decided to actually put their blood into the red ink at the Marvel printing press. So they got doctors, had some of their blood taken out, went to the printing press & poured their blood into the ink. In an issue that was released after that, the cover of that issue actually read, "Printed In Real KISS Blood!" It was mentioned in the "Kiss-X-Posed" home video, which came out back in 1992 (I still have that video) and apparently, it made the news. I saw T.V. coverage of that. They even showed Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Ace Frehley & Peter Criss pouring their blood into the red ink. It was just awesome! I also saw that cover in a book I bought several years ago on KISS Memorabilia.

They'd probably have it on ebay, wouldn't they? It'd probably cost a lot though...

Yep. They did it. I think it was back in either '78 or '79. I've idolized KISS since I was in 8th grade, which was back in the '92-'93 school year. They're the reason I became a musician.
