Oh man!


It was the best weekend of my life! There was drinking and sword fighting and so many games and scantily clad women (including my own!) I met so many new friends and saw so many cool things like fire dancing, and watch a real blacksmith forge a real sword! There was a dagger fighting tournament at a bar called the Orc's Belly and I won! I have never won anything like that in my life! I feel like a million dollars! I missed work yesterday due to car trouble trying to leave, but my boss was cool and I still have my job! Oh boy I can NOT wait for the next event! I love the SCA! I love Pirates! I love rum and poofy pants and frilled skirts and feathered hats and fire and pistol smoke and wooden pipes! I love it all I wish I never had to come home. I need to find a way for that to be my job....

Wow! I need to check into this. I would love to work at sea again. I would also love to call in to work, just once, claiming car trouble leaving a dagger fighting tounament. hehe. Glad to hear you had such fun. I need to take my wife out somewhere fun soon!
