When you eat a few psychadelic mushrooms before hand....

Man, it was intense...

I was dressed as a pirate, and my girlfriend was a witch, and we went to these three local hunted houses...and man, my hat off to them. I haven't actually been scared at a haunted house since I was about five years old...

I was so scared I was in tears...the pig faced butcher....the wretched swamp...the mental hospital and ofcourse zombies.....

Though I'm sure everyone around me was laughing at the 22 year old bearded pirate nearly in tears and screeching like a little girl.

I mean I walked out of those things with post traumatic stress disorder, I felt like a rape victim, but looking back on it, if hanted houses have gotten stale and there's no fear outside of being groped by a stranger, this is the only way to go...

*ahem* I in no way condone or recommend casual drug use to anyone....but if your old enough to make your own decisions... or if your parents are exceedingly liberal... then that's your decision.

Looking back at that experience, you probably got your money's worth of getting scared.

We usually get a group together and do a haunted house night. Everyone gathers at my house and we have a few drinks and some jello shots (We do designate someone as the driver so it does not cost us our license) and just go a have a good time. The place we usually go to has a haunted house, 3D haunted house, haunted hay ride, and corn field once you get off the hayride, you want walk the rest of the way and be scared. It's a great time doing it like that and they we go back to my house and party some more.

Sounds like a plan. Last year I did venture to Salem, Massachusetts for Halloween. I was there for three days. That was the best Halloween I had ever had. I hit all the haunted houses and museums. But the fun part was actually the other peeps in costumes walking around partying. A lot of them were young and had way tooo much to drink. I had fun watching them. The costumes were unbelievable tooo.
