Um....before we got a new front door, I and everybody else would occasionally se something go by the door. We'd see the shadows go by from under the door. But now we have a new door with a big window. Tonight I got to see that thing's head. It was grey and had pointy dog-ears. It appeared to be furry. Do any of you know what this thing is!?!? It's like a man-animal. Like a wolf-man or something. But I think it's a good spirit...

Man...gimme some o' what you had for dinner....just kidding
we have shadows here in Alaska...~spirits~...but native superstition has a name for ours...goosh 'tga kaa...pronounced: koosh-teh-kaw
it is believed to be a shape shifter spirit, which appears in the form of a land otter...but if found in the forest...it would take shape of a familiar loved one...then lure you into the old forest...you would become lost and insane....

My goodness, Chishio! Why do you think it is a good spirit??

Because it doesn't scare us and hasn't tried to hurt us...But maybe that's because we never stepped outside to see what it is lol!! If a spirit is bad I usually get freaked out by it and if it's good I'm just like "oh, it's a ghost... :)"

But I've read about "crouchers", spirits who wait for you at the door, and they're suppose to be bad :(!

I HOPE for your sake, it is NOT a bad spirit. Be careful going out the door!

Try and get a picture of it. Of course, that will mean opening the door when its standing right there.

That'll be hard to do. It only appears when I least expect it to and it only last a few seconds. I should try. I'm willing to take suck a risk. Maybe I will talk to it by the door with my Ouija board. YEAH! That's what I'll do :D! Oh how fun!

Maybe the "wolf-thing" I saw last night was just a car going by. But I do no that something supernatural is wating for me at the door. I usually see it during the day. Last night was the first time I saw it at night.

Maybe you should put a crucifix near the door?

UPDATE :D !!!!!!! I used the my ouija board. I asked him what he was and he said "boy". Then he told me to "go near out". That meant he wanted me to go outside so I could get closer. He told me to go to Dublin! Ha I told him I couldn't do that! I asked him if he minded me living here. He said he didn't mind. I asked him if he intended on causing me harm and he said no. Oh and I asked his name and he said "hoshati" or something like that. The name was strange so I asked him if he was an Indian and he said yes. So , then I assumed he was my grampa but he said he wasn't. I asked him if Indians use to live here and he said yes. So I asked him when he died and he said "70", so I don't know if he meant he was 70 when he died or if he died 70 years ago. The wolf-like image I saw must have been a coyote head-dress or something, if he's an ancient native american. So, I guess he's just a friendly spirit. Next time he goes by the door I should open it and welcome him in. Although, he could be lying, couldn't he? But I'll do that "crucifix" thing before I let him in.

Wonders of wonders, Chishio!
No, don't invite the spirit in. Let him stay outside. Keep communicating with him thru the ouija board if you want, but he is a spirit and if he wanted to enter your home, he would.

You should ask the spirit why its communicating with you. Maybe it has something important to tell you.

Being a paranoid and distrustworthy person I agree NOT to let him in.
This is going to sound silly, but all those who use ouija boards out there - where have you gotten your board from. Like, if you got nothing or were able to make contact?
