Now that's quite an interesting story, but there's only a paragraph concerning this vampire graveyard. I'll see if I can find other informations on the Internet.

Scientists in Bulgaria say they have unearthed a 1,700-year-old vampire graveyard. The skeletons found in Bourgas had nails driven through their bones to stop them rising from the dead.

I'm having sweetened lemon iced tea haah haa!

By the way, I discussed about this vampire graveyard to my uncle and he told me that wasn't REAL vampires. He told me the difference between Dracul and Dracula (Father and Son). He said there was a historic "Count Dracula" was also known as The Impaler. Dracula hung people on stakes. He was not supernatural, just mean. He would force his guests to drink the blood of those he killed. That is where the ideal vampire came from...

Yes, that's right! Count Dracula put a dead person on the large stone table and cut the body to spill the blood into an urn, then give it to his guests for drinking the blood themselves... If one of his guests refuse to do so, then Dracula would have his quest killed! Imagine that???

VAMPIRE, according to superstition, is a ghost that comes from the grave at night to suck the blood of living persons, especially young persons. It is supposed to take the blood from the neck while the victim is sleeping. The person is said to waste away and die, and thn become a vampire himself. Wizards, witches, suicides, and those cursed by the church or their parents were believed to become vampires at death.

The vampire was said to renew its life from the blood of the living. To keep the body in the grave, it was thought that a stake must be driven through its heart. The book "DRACULA" (1897) was written by Bram Stoker, tells the story about a family of vampires.

I am a Dark Shadows fan and I am obsessed with Vampires. Bela Lugosi is my favorite actor impersonating Dracula!

....that's pronounced "Bee-la" muwahhahahahahaaa....one of the greatest
of three horror pioneers...Lon Chaney...and Boris Karlof........when effects and graphics were left to one's own imagination. The secret to horror success was in the lack of lighting, mode of music (if any), and timing...the audience must be held to the edge of their seats for longer periods of time...so as not to be too predictable.

I like Christopher Lee's character in Dracula AD, I believe it was made in 1972. He was also seen in 007 James Bond film (The Man With The Golden Gun) in 1974. As well as he played in STAR WARS: EPISODE 2 and 3, he was acted as Master Dooku. Guess what?? He's 82 now! What a brave old man he is!
