Oh, yes! I firmly believe in demons. I wish I had their power. I think demons should only be feared if one fears darkness. I embraced the darkness years ago. I have my own demons & I fought them for a long time. Eventually, I accepted them as part of me.

Oh, don't worry. I never let that part of me get the better of me. I only use my darker half whenever & wherever necessary. I know one thing, if I ever had a role in a horror film as some evil, psychotic, sadistic killer, that dark part of me would certainly come in handy. I could really get into a role like that.

Demons have a high potential for being real... people summoned them, used them to increase their powers, and that's why the church banned all magic...

personally i believe in demons as i believe in ghosts... i believe in all of those kinds of things. i had my own horrifying ghost experience... it may nnot have been a ghost but a demon for all i know that was in my house. i mean the day before this happened i used a ouigi ((however the hell you spell it!)) board and what happened to my friend and i was that all the candles went out and it turned ice cold in her room and we could see our freezing breath. we took our hands off the board and the piece kept moving around and neither of us could move a muscle, or even scream. here is the story of the demon/ghost though...

it was a few days after a big hurricane and all the doors were shut and locked. im sitting in the kitchen and can see the basement door. it was bolted shut and i was home alone. i turned away for 3 seconds and when i turned back around the door was wide open and bloodred eyes were staring at me. when i opened my mouth and screamed the door slammed shut and rebolted. i was about 5 feet from the door. i was completely freeaked out but went over to the door and touched it. when i did it felt colder than a freezer's wall. it totally freaked me out!

I believe in spiritual demons or metaphorical demons, not physical ones.

To me, demons are no more than creations of humans. Sometimes involving others. These demons are made by some sort of event; A lost love for instance. The demon will continue to torment you until you fix whatever went wrong. Then the demon dies and as it's corpse rots in your brain you can still feel a slight bit of what you felt whilst it was alive.

Basically, as Lynn said; A metaphorical demon.

Basically what I mean is I believe in personal demons. In other words, sorrows or burdens on a person's conscience.
