Thanks X. I looked at your props and the roasted prop looks like it's built similiar to mine. Have you ever messed with latex? Paper towels and latex will make wonderful wings for your bats, especially if you distress them to make them look torn and tattered. I use cotten and latex on the props to give them a more realistic look for severed skin and tendons.
