Ok... I'm like a big Halloween Movies freak. I LOVE the series... and I have all the movies. However, it just crossed my mind... in Halloween 6, the strode family (Laurie's uncle i believe) lives in the old Myers house. He fixed it up for him and his wife to live in, because his brother (Laurie's dad) never could sell it... so I mean the house is in like, good shape...
however, my question is, if anyone has seen Halloween 8, when the college students are there to spend the night in the house, the house is all rundown... looks like it would have been abandoned for... like... 20 years. So, is there something that happened that I don't know about? How did the house go back to Michael's childhood time... like THAT old.. because I think there was even like a highchair or something there of Michaels... Anyone have the answer??

I am also a #1 Myers fan. I think it's just movie mistake, because, I can't think of anything else that happened either.

Well that's just aggrevating... I know I've heard that Halloween H20 jumps back to like... well like 3,4,5,6 never existed... and i see that.. cause no one mentions Jamie (which is supposely Laurie's daughter)... It's all messed up.. oh well still my favorite movies.. ever lol

Well the answer to that is .. in Halloween:Resurrection (Halloween 8) Laurie Strode is in an institution, because Michael had knocked an EMS worker unconscious, and put his mask & clothes on him.. and when Laurie stole the body to get rid of Michael once and for all, it wasn't even Michael in the van... and it wasn't Michael that Laurie decapitated. But, we of course didn't know that in H20, but in Halloween 8, they explain what happened in the 1st part of the movie. So, she ended up killing someone else. Not Michael. Which is why they put her in a mental institutuion.

which one is the first i seen some but not many like the only one i cou;d remember is about the highschooll student i gueesse its halloween 8 and the one about the little girl that later at the ends becomes a killer or something like dat and she dress like a clown

The first one .. is back in like.. 1978 I think.... and it's got Laurie (the HS student) and her brother escapes from a mental instituion (though at the time we dont' know it's her brother) and wants to kill her... he kills 3 of her friends, and almost gets her, but she survives, and Dr. Loomis shoots him, but at the end, he's gone.. and Halloween 2 picks up where 1 left off, and Laurie's in the hospital, but he goes after her there.....
Halloween 4, is the one where his niece (Jamie) is wearing the clown costume at the end and holding the knife, she attempted to kill her foster mother.. and show ends there... but in 5 she is in a children's clinic.. and is apparently ok, but has like, visions of people dying at the hands of her uncle, Michael
