well to insert a pic, you rightclick on a pic you want

then scroll down to properties, and click on it

a popup will come, it will list things about the pic.

highlight and copy the address

then go to your profile

and use these [_IMG_]_(insert address here)_[_/IMG_]

to center it write it like this [_CENTER_][_IMG_]_(insert address here)_[_/IMG_][_/CENTER_]

if you want to use more than one pic...then use [_IMG_]_(insert address here)_[_/IMG_][_IMG_]_(insert address here)_[_/IMG_] to show both pics

note: do not by any means include the undermarks( _ )
