Really. I just starting courses in cake decorating. I go to classes every Thursday night. It's a blast!! We have caterers in our class that want to learn how to decorate so they can make their own cakes and desserts for their customers.

I actually like to cook, also. I made potato latkes for my family. I also am going to try to make maztah ball soup. I am really interested in Jewish cuisine. My friend told me about this recipe where you make matzah and put chocolate in it like a sandwich. lol

Miss Screamy - Matzah and chocolate - I've never heard of it but thinking about it that sounds like a pretty good combination. I have friends that are Jewish. I wonder if they ever put the two together. I have my own version of laktes. I shred the potatoes, add chives, garlic and pan fry. I have never had real potatoe latkes.

Yeah, I couldn't believe I could make anything but a mounds of icing myself. It's fun. You should try it. We are doing the courses out of sync right. I started out in course I and this week will be starting course II. I think this will be more challenging because I will be learning to decorate wedding cakes. Then we will go back and complete course II.
