What you have to do is enjoy them.

Just enjoy all that things in your real life that were wrong in your dream. For example, I dream a lot that I can't run, so when I have the chance i run a lot with the person I'm in love with.

I have dreamed that someone of my family dies or is sick, then I call to be sure he or she is Ok and I tell how much I love them, without mentioning my nightmare. This is how I enjoy them, my nightmares make me have some contact with some people...and I really enjoy hearing them.
