What is your fondest Halloween memory?

I remember my sis and I trick or treating with friends around the neighborhood where we lived. Hours later, my Grandma and Aunt would pick us up and take us trick or treating for a couple of hours around their neighborhood!:D

my lil'brother and i were going to have an adult party,but about a week before hand it was cancelled by the folks.so we scrounged up a terrifying haunted house on hte field beside the house and invited all of the little children in the neighborhood.the few adults who did show up we made up to pretty frickin evil and put them all in the haunted house:Dit was the funniest thing in the world ,only because we made like 20 kids scream and cry.it was great

My best Halloween memory was when I...eh they all sucked. lol I did kinda like one time I was hanging out with a friend wearing my Barbie mask. Scary!

went to tavern for costume party...I had no date...went in as the grandfather from Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The song "Can't Touch This" came on and I found someone to dance with...I went up like a decrepit old geezer...but the music got funky and I came to life...We won the costume and dance contest! (never did get to see my partner's face...lol)

the halloween of 2003, when my crowley and I got together as well as the weekend we went on our first date. We went to a Marilyn Manson concert since we are both huge fans (gaog tour). Best weekend of my life, so far :)

when i'd open my bad up and find opened candy, my mom would flip and be like, "dont you dare eat it!"

I was always so curious why she did that, i was too young to realize what it could have been, lol

Last year I left candy out on the chair outside of my door and let the kids help themselves. I live upstairs and not many people wanted to come up to a dark house with candy by the door, so only the neighbors' kids took some. We had so much candy left over it lasted until winter. lol

As a kid, it was the time I was out TOTing with my older brother. There was a group of about ten in front of us. As my turn came, I was about to hold up my pillow case, when my brother held me back, stepped in front of me and held out his hand instead of his pillow case. It seems the lady was giving out unwrapped iced cupcakes, and every kid in front of us had gotten one dumped loose into their pillow cases, LOL. I then remember my brother and I sitting on the front steps of her house enjoying the cupcakes.

In the 60's you could still safely give out any treat. Carmel apples was a common item as well.

I eat handfuls and I saw them on sale ALREADY at Stop and Shop last night and I ran over to them and got so excited and bought some!! I got those pumpkin candies too!!!
