What was your very first Halloween costume?

I remember my very first Halloween costume was a boxed set (mask and outfit) skeleton costume!!

My aunt made me a witch costume. The dress had little cats stitched around the edge and came complete with the pointy hat,black broom, striped stockings, and pointy shoes. I was a witch every year after that, until I was 9, ballerina (blech!), and vampire ever since!


A mind is a terrible thing to waste. That's why I save mine for special occasions.

lol I only think I can remember as far back as to the Halloween of when I was like 6 or 7 years old. I was a gypsy. When I knocked on peoples' doors, I did a little dance for them. LOL

Mine was a vampire when I was about 5. I can't remember it that well but apparently I made an excellent vampire.

lol I remember one time I was like 8 years old. My mom, sister, and I went to a hotel because our house was small and there was a hurricane. So we went to a little year-round costume store. I bought little glow-in-the-dark vampire fangs. Then we went out to eat and I put my fangs in a glass of water, pretending to be an old vampire. lol

I've seen pictures of me as a baby dressed up as a pumpkin. But I was a witch for my first grade school Halloween party. I was a witch a few times, then a skeleton and finally a demon.

My memory of it was pretty blurry, but I remember it being Tigger. That was also the time that Halloween was cancelled for the entire county because of a blizzard.

The one and only time I dressed up for Halloween and noone else bothered to show up! I was out with my sister and niece,me done up like a zombie with fake blood,tattered clothes and vaseline in my hair. My sister was a witch,(and now she is a white witch for real!) That took ages to get out and I felt a bit of a plank eating my meal when everyone else in the pub was dressed normally!

my first halloween costume was the cat in the hat not very scary i know but i was only 5 and my mum made it for me she knitted me the big red and white hat and everything it was well cool!!
