Out-of-Body experience

Latley some pretty weird stuff has been going on. About a week ago I had what is called an out-of-body experience. For those of you who do not know what this is, it is when while your dreaming you can free yourself from your real body and travel around freely. It works as long as you have an open mind and let absolutley nothing disturb you.

I've been studying psychology and psychic stuff so i've been practicing how to keep an open mind and how to accomplish psychic feats.

Well anyway, somebody I really cared about recentley moved away. He moved to Florida. And every night I wonder what he would be up to. So I would try to tune my thoughts to what I may think he would be thinking about. For a while it wasnt working but i was determined to know. One day in school, I had a dejavu thing and it prompted me to become even more dedicated. This dejavu incident was one memory very special to me.

That night I went home and focused for nearly two hours. My mind was completley open and i drifted to sleep with an open mind, allowing anything to enter. While in my blank sleep a very distinct picture came to me. A vivd picture of a guitar.

I focused my thoughts on that and soon enough I was rising out of my own body. (Mind you, it is odd the forst time but you get used to it. If you let one though cross your mind while in this, you immediatley wake up.) I found my way to this man and what I saw was truly astounding. I watched him dream and I saw a list of things to do on his bedside table. The first one on there was CALL HER FROM YOUR DREAM IMMEDIATLEY. It was in bold and underlined many times.

The next morning i recieved a call from him, telling me that he had the oddest dejavu happen to him the previous day. And that he fell asleep dreaming of me. He dremt that I was above him...watching him sleep.

So i guess out of all of this I wonder that if in an out-of-body experience can someone see you? Or can somebody sense you? Or was it because of the dejavu? I was really confused and I havent been able to make reason of it. My teacher hasnt got the time to answer my email so...do any of you have an idea?

That's pretty cool. I think that it would be amazing to do that. But I'd be too scared. Don't you ever think of if someone were to take over your body while you were out of it? Like a demon or an evil spirit? Or what if something bad happened to your body while out of it? and you didn't wake up? You'd be trapped on earth for eternity. That's freaky.

Sometimes I am half asleep and unaware of my surroundings, and then I feel like I am floating up, then I feel like I am falling back but my body hasn't moved. I think that was Astral Projection.

wow thats pretty cool. I wish i could do that. Could you post info on how to do it like focus you mind and stuff?

Actually. I don't really know how I did it. I was trying to get to sleep, and kept unfocused on anything, and suddenly I felt like I was floating, then I felt as if I slipped on a banana peel and fell back.

Lately I've been trying to get to the astral plane. I lie and become deeply relaxed and clear my mind. Really wierd stuff happens, like one time I heard a phone ringing really loud right next to my ear but when I opened my eyes there was nothing there.

Don't give up, you'll get it sometime. But another thing is, don't try too hard. lol

Well, it takes a lot of persistance in order to even get your mind cleared. I've found a very good exercise that may be able to help anyone who wishes to attempt an out of body experience or any other psychic feat for that matter. Ok here is what you do.

Make sure you go someplace quiet where you are absolutley sure that nothing will disturb you. Once you've found this spot, sit or lye down. Breathe deeply and evenly. Concentrate all your thoughts on breathing. Try to feel the rise and fall of your chest. After a while of breathing, you'll notice that your breaths are longer and more sturdy. What I mean is you're basically relaxed. Now that you barely notice that you're breathing, its time to start clearing your head.

This is a bit trickier that your breathing exercise. Once you feel like you're calm enough to clear your mind, let go of all your thoughts. Dont try to forget about them, just let them sail through your mind. After all the immediate thoughts leave your mind, you only have the back of your mind to clear. At this point, try not to think about anything. Once you feel that your mind is cleared start saying the alphabet. Yeah I know it sounds corny but recite the alphabet slowly. As soon as another thought pops into your mind, stop and start the alphabet over. Dont be frustrated if you can only say up to three letters for the first little while. It takes a lot of time and practice. When I first tried, I only made it to 'b' and it stayed that way for a month straight.

Learning to do this isnt a one day activity so dont give up if you cant get it the first couple of times. The key is to really really truthfully concentrate.

I can also try to teach you some of the other things I know. Like how to see aura's and measure them, how to send psychic thoughts and how to read peoples emotions. I am currently working on how to move items about the astral plane...very tricky stuff indeed

i have been having out of body experiences since i was 8 i have them naturaly i can also(somehow) use the remote without batteries the first time i used the remote without batteries was when i was about 6 or so my parants told me to stop watching tv so they took the batteries out of the remote and i could still use it

if i really concentrate i can turn on the tv without touching the tv or the remote too all my friends ask me how i do and i say that i dont know how but they dont believe me they think its a magic trick or some thing

also when i wake up from a nightmare the tv will turn on at some time or another of its own accord when the tv is on i seam to be able to forget my nightmares and go to sleep only when i wake up and the tv is off again i am scared
