Here is a nightmare I had two weeks ago, and I hope at someone would help me to get rid of nightmares like this by answering to the question on the end of this message...[8)] Please...
::Nightmare starts::
I am standing on my balcony and looking down at our garages roof, there is someone standing besides me, I don’t know who but I know at she is friendly.
Everything is quiet; the wind caresses my hair…
I look at the forest, with tall dark trees, near our home and sigh.
But as I turn my gaze back at the garages roof I see an old woman with long white hair standing on the roof. She doesn’t notice me; just stands there and stares at the sky.
Suddenly, when the things have just got beautiful and peaceful, the old woman screams and falls on her knees and grasps from a steel bar on the garages roof (You know; a bar that prevents you from sliding down from the roof..)
A strong wind, which comes from the ground, tries to take her up to the sky with it, and soon the woman bursts into flames… She is screaming at the top of her lungs, I cover my ears and ask at why anyone isn’t going to help her. But I don’t get answer; only thing I hear is the woman screaming in pain.
The fire is licking her body; her skin starts to crack and turn into ashes.
And soon her skin and flesh has been eaten away by the fire around her, and she is now only a screaming skeleton surrounded with fire.
I start to cry, and then someone says besides me:
“That is how everyone dies.”
I look at the old woman in terror and scream… And the next thing I know: I am sitting on my bed, covered in cold sweat and having troubles on breathing.
And while I’m sitting on my bed those words I heard in my dream comes back to me, they are echoing inside my head: ""That is how everyone dies…""
I sit in silence on my bed thinking at I don't want to die like that woman, and for a moment I planned to fetch my jump rope and hang myself; but thank to goddess... I soon realized at it had just been a nightmare; not real life...
It still gives me shivers; what if I had done something to myself? [:0]
And after that I have had nightmares every night, not at it would be related to that or anything…
Last night I saw a dreadful nightmare of a ghost boy who had twelve legs, greenish white skin and oversized black eyes… He tried to hug me, so I would then transform into a ghost myself (odd). When I woke up he had just hugged me in my dream so I ran against my bedroom door... Ouch…[B)]
Please; can someone help me? I think at I will soon lose my mind with all these nightmares of ghosts, zombies and screaming skeletons… I don’t get it; why do I see nightmares like those if I don’t normally think any kind of scary things?
I have tried to empty my mind before going to sleep, but it hasn’t worked… So; If there is someone who have had the same problem or knows a way for me to sleep peacefully; then please tell me! I need to know because my school is going rather badly, with me sleeping during the classes...[:I]
Sky like me and you, can be dark or light...
