Help with haunted house maze and plot

Hello guys i'm just writing this email to see if any1 here could help me with my haunted house maze and plot.i'm starting a hopefully profesional haunted house to benefit the united way and in desprate need of help. i'm a big exorcist fan so i want to incorporate a room with the excorcist theme in it. i also wanted to know if any1 here could help me with my maze and plot for the haunted house.....one of my plans is to allow only 2 in at a time.....or do you guys think this is a bad idea?.......oh what would be the most cost efficient way to build my walls and hallways but will still give me a good look?.........i've seen in other haunted houses that some walls have a brick design on them..how did they do this?.and at another haunted house i've seen what looks like a plastic with a brick design on it already they just staple it to the walls, where did they get this from?......what amount of $$ do you guys think i'll need to get my project going??........do i need inssurance or having the kids sign a waiver do?...........thanx a million in advance guys!!!!!
