I know my house is haunted. This is because lots of starnge things always happen and i've seen some ghosts as well. What i'm about to tell you really happened to me. It was my mum's birthday party and it was quite boring if you know what i mean. Just old relatives. My dad came over to me and asked me to go and get the birthday cake from the basement that he'd been hiding and light the candles on it before bringing it back up.
So i was in the basement when the lights went out and the door shut. The light switch was outside the door so i walked over to the door to turn it back on but it was locked. I shouted to see if anyone could hear me. I thought it might be one of my relatives playing a joke on me.
So i went back to the cake and struck a match that i was going to use to light the candles. And there, right in front of me was a little girls i'd seen a few nights before. She was grinning and i could feel her breath against my face. I dropped the match and screamed. Then the door opened and it was my dad seeing if i had the cake. I was standing there in the dark with tears rolling down my face and shaking. Scary

what can i say, i have blonde-brown hair, i'm 12, i have blue eyes and i'm moving to canada in about a year. God, i'm so boring aren't i?

He just asked me what happened and i was shaking and couldn't get my words out. But i told him later and he said i must have been imagining but i don't think i was.
