dead letters

Well, this really happened to me quite recently and it scared me to death. I was in bed one night, and i couldn't sleep. It got to around 2am and i just couldn't go to sleep. I sat up in my bed and then i got up to go the toilet. I sleep in the attic room so i had to go down some stairs. It was deadly dark, and everyone else was fast asleep. As i walked down the stairs, i thought i saw something out of the corner of my eye. I turned and at the side of the banister, a little white girl was standing with her back to me. I trembled and began to walk slowly back up the stairs. The girl looked so real.
She was running her translucent fingers through her hair, which was totally messy. I reached the top step, and as i went to open my door, the girl turned around and i could have fainted. She had no eyes, just black holes, her skin was grotty and peeling off her face. She started to walk up the stairs toward me so i just ran to my room and hid under the bed sheets for the rest of the night. And as i was under the bed sheets, i could hear footsteps and breathing in my room...
