this just scared the crap outta me

well, this really happened. I was alone in my house one day 'cos i was ill so i stayed off school and my parents were at work so i had the whole house to myself. I decided to watch some t.v. so i fixed myself up a drink and sat on the sofa. I switched on the t.v. but i couldn't find the remote anywhere. I searched under all the cushions and beneath the sofa but i couldn't see it anywhere. Then, just when i was about to give up and go to bed i heard a lound noise behind me. i turned around and there was the remote sliding across the floor.
I picked it up and it was freezing. So, totally freaked out i ran to my room and stayed there until my parents came home. Things like that still happen sometimes

Wow dead letters! Things always disappear on me and return a while later but I never, ever seen it slide across a floor nor was it freezing! Yikes!

well, there was this one other incident where i was in my old house just me and my little sister who was only four at the time and she was napping on the sofa. So, cos i was bored i decided to have a go on her kareoke machine. It was in her room so i left her on the couch and went upstairs. I'd always had a weird feeling in her room, like there was something unnatural in there.
Anyway, i put in an Abba cd and started singing along to Dancing Queen. As i reached the chorus i thought i could hear someone singing along with me. I turned off the echo cos that's what i thought it was as first, but as i carried on the singing got louder. I stopped and turned the music off, but i could still hear it. It sounded ilke a woman's voice and it was so clear. Then , as suddenly as it had begun, it stopped. And then the voice started singing The Winner Takes It All...

Now that is one cool story - a ghost that appreciates Abba! It sounds like the ghost is harmless and is just trying to be your friend. I never heard mine talk or sing so consider yourself lucky!

Cool! that would be funny if you see a ghost singing with ya XD! An 2 things... do you have a dog? any pet? an ghost stuff like that CAN happen... happened to me once... And it scared the hell outa me :0!!!!!!

Wow very freaky samething happened to me but it was one in the morning and there was a killer dog outside and a chewed up owner.

This is also very freaky.I was on the internet and something was typing celine dion then the mouse went on lyrics and I could here a woman singing I turned around and nobody was here I was all alone and I can still here her voice until a man's voice popped in I looked around noby was here and I still heard the singing singing it got louder it was like a crowd of ppl were singing but nobody was here it freaked the crap out of me!

i say maybe you have a ghost in your house. i had a freaky experience like that once before. it was a few days after a big hurrican and all the doors were shut and locked. im sitting in the kitchen and can see the basement door. it was bolted shut and i was home alone. i turned away for 3 seconds and when i turned back around the door was wide open and bloodred eyes were staring at me. when i opened my mouth and screamed the door slammed shut and rebolted. i was about 5 feet from the door. i was completely freeaked out but went over to the door and touched it. when i did it felt colder than a freezer's wall. it totally freaked me out!
