I've seen the ghosts in my house!

Well, it happened one night, I was fast asleep when i heard a noise in my bedroom. It was like something heavy had been dropped from a great height. So, i got up and went to see what it was. Finding nothing, i went back to bed.
But i couldn't sleep, I realised i was really cold and the atmostphere had a strabge feel. So i sat up and pulled my knees upto my chest to keep warm. Then i saw something moving next to the pull out couch opposite my bed from the corner of my eye. I nervously looked, and there was a woman. She was dressed quite old fashioned in a long red ballgown, with white frills sticking out at the bottom. I froze with fear. She appeared to be dancing. But she was just looking at the ground. Then, she disappered. Whn i was just getting over the shock, a little boy in what i could only describe as wearing rags appeared in the same plave the woman had. He had a flat cap on his head and a red mark on his chest. Then ,he vanished, into thin air. Weird.

Drugs are bad, mmkay?? Haha, no I just kid. I've seen ghosts in my house before too. I remember that I was about 5 or 6 and I was really sick so I had to sleep out on the couch in the living room, so if I needed something, I could yell and my mom would hear me. I remember this so clearly because it scared me so badly, even to the age of 14, I'm scared of seeing it again. I had woken up in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. I looked up at the stairs and saw a black figure on the landing of our stairs that stood out against the darkness around it. I could make everything on the landing out because it wasn't as dark, but the figure was pitch black. I thought it was my mom standing there in her robe holding a cup of tea or something, so I called out to her. I said; "Mommy, I don't feel good." But the figure just stood there. I called out to it again, thinking that my mom didn't hear me, so I spoke louder. When I got no response again, I got scared. I could have sworn it was my mom, but now that it wasn't answering me, I was kind of freaking out. I said; "Mommy? Mommy??" Then with still no answer from the figure, I started screaming for my mom and the next thing I knew the figure was gone and my real mother was at my side. Weird, yes?

Here's another thing for ya; in my house, if you're in it alone and it's quiet, you can hear people walking up and down the stairs and across this bridge-like thing that goes from one room to another on opposite sides of the house. Also, the chandellier(sp?) in the dining room will flicker, but if you say 'Alright, that's enough.' or 'We know you're here, you can stop now.' it'll stop flickering. How bizarre is that?

woah, creepy. I can sometimes hear noises too. Especially at night.One time, i thought that my dad had left the t.v. on downstairs cos i could hear really clear talking. So i went downstairs to turn it off but it was off! And the talking i heard was so clear.
Freaky...

hi umm the other night i had a really wacky dream,i was like around 8 years old and i went to the shops with my parents and there was a gang called"boppers go chopers" and there was a little kid riding on his trikie and they did not like the way he held the bike so they picked him up and smashed him into the brick wall and he was dead.Can any1 explain this:eek: :(

Since my granny died a couple of weeks ago, my room is ALWAYS been cold. before she moved to an appartment by herself, my room was her room. me and my bro bunked for a couple of years. i slept good nights in that bed. when she passed on, she's in there... i can sense it! plus, i live near a sharecropper and slave graveyard. i see shadows that no one else sees! EEK!:eek:

a used to live in a trailer next to some woods and there was supposedly some Indian tribe there at one time and there was always this figure in the center of my room, I remember getting up
one time and I felt the thing,it was cold and moist.

strangely yes,but it may have one of the pipes leaking.there were a lot of problems with the plumbing,vents and ducts
and in one bathroom there was no floor we had it covered up with plywood!

also,not long before I moved it was starting to get just a little closer every night until it was standing right by my bed.the strange thing about it was,most of the time it was just still, not moving at all but sometimes it was in different position,especially during those last days.

you know,what made that place even stranger,was the all the screaming
coming from the woods,heh heh there were baby screech owls out there.
have you ever heard a baby screech owl?they sound just like a woman
screaming,one time my uncle heard one,he got up and got a baseball bat
and ran out there,we had to try and convince him that it was just the owls.

well there was a ravine right by where we were and there were a lot of drunken teenagers partying down there one and time they set fire to the trees and the fire dept. course found a lot pot down there to.very typical,otherwise everything else was nice.

well,my ma always urges me to keep this old teddy bear that she got from some banker before I was born,and ever since I lived that place, every time I see that bear I get a kind of strange feeling.

maybe your mom liked the banker but the banker has ill feelings for your mom... and it's sticking in the bear to caus you ill feelings to. afterall, it's the banker who ows it in the first place.

well, I think it may have something more to do with the ghost in my old house, because it was only after we moved out of there that I started getting that feeling.
