dead letters

This dream happened when i was about 6, i'm 12 now.
I'm near this cottage in a fairytale like forest, with a group of about four other children. My grandma lives in the cottage and me and the other kids are all going to visit her.
As we approach the cottage the cloudless sky and the bright sun disappear, cloaking us in total darkness. I knock on the door and a short, slightly disfigured man who i've never seen before in my life answers and lets us all in. In the middle if the tiny room we are in theres a rocking chair with my grandma in it. She's got her back to us and is rocking gently. I leave the other kids and walk over to her.I tap her on the shoulder and she spins round, and i'm face to face with this evil looking woman who's face was totally messed up. And this was very strange because my grandma had a lovely face. Then 'my grandma' reached out at me but i was scared of her so i backed away.
Then the short man came towards me and pushed me towards her. And as i got closer to her, her features got even scarier. Her hair started to fall out and her eyes rolled into the back of her head. I could smell death as he pushed me onto her, thats when i wake up, screaming.
