If zombies came up, what would you do?

I think I'd make my way to the nearest car dealership and steal a big truck so I could run them over easily. Then I'd high tail it to some place with guns and food, like Walmart, and pick up other survivors and start the killing spree!

LOL! I used to have nightmares about this since Night of the Living Dead. I live near a cemetery and I always wondered what escape route I would have if they crawled out of the Earth and attacked. They wouldn't get to my home immediately because they'd have to cross a large field and before they did that they'd certainly try abd attack the homes closer. My family and I would be ready to hold them back until (if) help arrived but we'd never have a chance to get to our cars. LOL -- it's funny that I've thought this through.

'DAWN OF THE DEAD' is my fave of the 'trilogy' & was outraged they were remaking it. This movie is a CLASSIC! Haven't seen new TCM yet as it came & went in about a week here in Australia.

Ok, so I don't exactly know what I would do in this situation, but don't think I haven't thought of it yet. I've been reading the Zombie survival guide, and in my opinion the best thing to do (considering you can't get to a boat) would be to barricade yourself on th esecond story of a building, and then destroy all access to it ie. staircases, elevators etc. If you haven't checked out the zombie survival guide I suggest you do, it's great.

Just make sure you have plenty of food before you eliminate any chance of access.

Kinda a tricky question cause everyone says they'll shoot em all or run em over or somethin, but ever think bout gas and ammo? To kill all of em u would need A LOT of ammo, and eventually ur vehicle would run outta gas, so really u would be dead anyway. And if u live next to a cemetary, ur really in trouble. I mean don't get me wrong if played and seen many a zombie games and movies, and i dunno if it would be exactly that easy to survive. I guess like in one of the return of the dead movies they fortify themselves in the mall would be a good place to start......

Well like in one of the dawn of the dead movies, they release a gas that goes into the air and when it rained the rain infected people. That would seep into the ground and turn the dead. And in A LOT of movies and games, the dead rise from the graves, so if u live next to a cemetary u would have a hell of a lot of bodies after you. And u might have gas stations, but do u think that u would have enuf time to stop and fill up with gas?

Zombies have no more strength than humans, wich means that they would not be able to get out of the ground. They're inside a coffin, buried under six feet of earth. Plus the "virus" can only reanimate a dead body if they have some remnance of a brain, and most bodies in the cemetary are way too decomposed to "come back to life". It's all explained in the Zombie Survival Guide.

The Image comics series THE WALKING DEAD examines the same theme, what would you do in the event of zombies? Except that in this case, society is completely destroyed by the undead and small groups of people are left to fend for themselves. A great read if you like the zombie genre.

BTW, what I'd personally do? Make my way to one of my co-workers who have a small arsenal of firearms and hole up. If it's an isolated outbreak, all is well. If the contamination is global, I'd be saving the last bullet for myself.

I read The Walking Dead.Its a great comic.

As for what I'd do,I'd probably hide out somewhere until I was able to find other people or they found me then try and make our way to some place that was safe enough to stay in for awhile.

Hmm, this was an interesting post. I'd have to go with opening a can of whoop-*** if I was able, or getting the hecky out of dodge. Running over what ever ones get in my way...

Well, seeing as that I'm already here... I think that if I were to try driving a truck or so, an army of zombies would be my downfall. I.E. Sure I could make it mow them over, but that would only get so many, and their bodies would jam the wheels.
