I usually read compilations of short stories. I have a few books called 100 Vicious Vampire stories and 100 Tales of Terror. Pretty good stuff, but theres some bad ones as well.

what's up sasquatch? still terrorizing MI? ever read any of the hott blood series? or love in vein? some great short works in there, mcammon wrote in a few compilations, and blue world was his own collection, he's got thirteen novels to his credit and they are all literary masterpieces except boy's life which was a fictional account of his early childhood, if you like tales of the fang you should read his "they thirst" my all time favorite vampire novel, i also rate john skipp and craig specters "light at the end"
and ron dee's "dusk" in my top 5 and anything from joe r lansdale or brian hodge's nightlife.
ever heard of these guys? gimme some names of your favorite authors, lets compare notes.
