oh, So it is that one that I was thinking of, I rarely watch kids movies, It's only if my nieces are here is when I watch them, I also have no choice since that's the only thing that shuts them up, lol.

honestly, i have never sat through either...perhaps i'll give hocus another glance, death becomes her was timid but entertaining, my daughter loves the addams family movies too but again a little too bland to quench my blood thirst. it would open up a whole new discussion to converse about evil in film that is shrouded by the veil of innocence, again especially in the disney films, i still say "scar" was the most evil character disney ever created..anybody with me on this?

Ok, along with loving horror movies, I happen to be a fanatic for some kids movies. I don't know why. I have always Loved Hocus Pocus, along with Muppet Treadure Island, the Lion King, and Snow white. Laugh if you want, I'm perfectly content watching my G rated movies.

Holy COW CRAP!!! I love Hocus Pocus. I used to watch it all the time...constantly. I wish I owned it. I don't care if a movie is 'kiddie'. If I like it, I'll watch it. What did Winnie say when Mary took her to the window to say goodbye to the world? I used to know that whole movie by heart, but I can't remember it now. I haven't seen it in so long. Whenever it comes on the Disney channel, no one bothers to come in the living room. Haha. I'd refuse to give up the remote. :-P

I LOVE that movie! I've been looking to buy it, but I can't find a copy on DVD anywhere. :( Blockbuster's been so lame with keeping a good supply of rentals in that we don't really go there much anymore.

I'm going to have to order this one from Amazon or something because it's DEFINITELY worth it!

No, it's not a horror flick by any stretch of the imagination. But it's a fantastic movie filled with halloween nostaligia from beginning to end, all the things we thought possible as children, ghosts, ghoulies, goblins and witches. Too much fun, and it's funny too.

I love ultra scary movies, not slashers though, but I like a nice contrast for Halloween flicks, and this one really does the trick.

Yes, loves that!!! There was also one that was a good kids film, "When Good Ghouls Go Bad" it had Doc from back to the future. I loved both of those movies, they were great!

I have it on VHS. Hey, what can I say, I'm a big kid at heart.
