I need help FAST!!!!!!

Anyone who can help me!!! I am under attack on my site!!
My site was put on the front page of "DOMAIN OMITTED BY ADMIN" because of this I have had 4000 hits in the last 24 hours.....because of this 2000+ of these are HACKERS, I barred all of them from my forum, but they come back in after changing their IP address!!! They are purposely running up my bandwith so that my site will go down....I need ANY HELP I CAN GET!!!! thank you in advance.
I am sorry to have to go to this level, but I have no other choice...
