hey can we get rid of this buffer thing or at least knock it down to 30 seconds?? it gets kinda aggrivating...if not oh well i'll just live with it...just another idea to be tossed around

He's talking about the post delay time after you make a post it only allows you a certain amount of time to be able to make another post. If you post to soon set at the post delay time, then you can not post again, until it's over the post delay time. Know what I mean? I hope I didn't confuse you, lolz.
