You don't have to hold back, snuff hunter. What do you really think? :)

I watched the original The Fly a week ago and boy was that movie such fun. I tried to watch the remake and fell asleep (not boredom, tiredness). I really enjoyed most I saw of the remake, still holds up well and easily creeps and disgusts.

The Thing
Texas Chainsaw Massacre (they kept Leatherface the way he should be)
Dawn Of The Dead
Day Of The Dead
Night of The Living Dead

I just can't find it in my heart to enjoy any other remakes because they steered so far away from the idea, the concept, and the meaning of the movie and creates something completely different...

They're making a damn remake of I Walked With a Zombie. Who do I have to snuff for this not to happen?

The Thing and Dawn of the Dead are both great horror remakes, and I also loved Savini's remake of Night of the Living Dead.

It's the Age Of Remakes... We can only hope they dont mess the classics up worse than some already have... SOME people actually think the remakes of Halloween, Friday The 13th, and My Bloody Valentine are the originals... It's sad...
