Well, originally Michael wasn't supposed to be immortal. He was just a human.
Jason, was always supposed to be a zombie. Well, since part 2 anyway. He wasn't even in part 1. Lol.

But, seeing as Jason already beat Freddy - Well, technically.. - But it would probably be Jason, nonetheless. Of course, it would never really be to the death, because they never die anyway.

Remembering how Michael Myer's lowered himself from that pipe in Halloween H20 without a trace, I'm placing my confident bet on Michael Myers.

Jason. He seems to be more creative and would find better ways to kill Myers. Also, he's been killed in more ways and has come back everytime.

If they ever made of movie of those two fighting, I think it would be boring. Both of them move really slow and neither of them speak. Gee, lots of action there.
