I say hell no, the dud has TALENT all of his movies are "Blood, Gore, and Nudity", and he just screwed all over John Carpenter's masterpiece, once again, this dude has talent...
BTW, I heard RZ is going to make 3 different movies, but not so sure... I have to find out about this information and get right back with you guys! ;)

I think the guy has potential. House of a 1000 corpses sucked, but Halloween was fairly good. It's too early to go with a definite no.

Never saw House of 1,000 but I did see Devils Rejects. The Halloween remake wasn't awful but I didn't care for it. Honestly I don't think it was a movie that needed a remake but as far as remakes go, it was alright.
There is nothing wrong with "blood, gore and nudity", they are a mainstay in horror and a necessary sub-genre. For me gory horror is the best horror. I don't watch them for thought provoking material.

House Of 1000 Corpses was very unique, not for the story but rather the effects.
I haven't actually seen the new Halloween.. I always thought Halloween was just kinda boring. I can't even see anything that he could have changed that much other than a few kills.

I believe RZ's House Of 1000 Corpses is great because of this part of Halloween/Horror film! The Devil's Rejects is cool too! And, RZ's HALLOWEEN is pretty good though!
By the way... the next RZ's films are coming soon here...

Yes, Halloween had it's moments but there were too many flaws. For one the institution segment should have been like 15 mins tops not 45. It slowed the movie down too much and michael should have been depicted as more straight up evil instead of a head case. He also lets his cast have too much say when it comes to his film. Being open with the cast and letting them discuss ideas with you is good but he should've made the movie he intended to make.

House Of 1000 Corpses is pretty cool because it is halloween/horror movie!
The Devil's Rejects is somewhat ok - but still good movie!
RZ's Halloween is pretty good though... 2 hours 1 minute! John Carpenter's Halloween which has only 1 hour 40 minutes, correct?
For my goal to see next RZ's film... I am very willing to see EL SUPERBEASTO. Maybe WOMEN OF THE SS. Not so sure about RZ'S TYRANNOSAURUS REX.
I heard Sig Haig and Danny Trejo will play in El Superbeasto.

Werewolf Women Of The S.S. is a fake movie trailer that was shown along with a few others during the theatrical release of Grindhouse. Sadly you cannot view most of these trailers with the DVDs even though they were one of the best features. Are you sure this is going to be made into an actual movie? It would be great if it was but I just want to make sure you're not confusing the fake trailer with an actual movie.

I thought the "Halloween" remake was his best, and I didn't care for that. Do you notice in all his movies his characters are always white trash?

God damn, I just got done watching Halloween.. It was one of the best movies I've seen recently. Probably because young Michael reminds me alot of myself. O_O As soon as he got his William Shatner mask back, - Yes, the mask is molded from William Shatner(Captain Kurk) - It was basically the same as the original movie aside from the kidnapping scene. I must say they got the first scene where Laurie encounters Michael VERY close to the original. Breaking through a glass door, running limp across the street, banging on the door, the kid letting her in, everything. Another thing that was different is, he didn't just dissapear into the night. Instead, *ahem* I'll leave that to the people who watch it.
