Good question! I read an awful book called THE DRUM.Supposed to be a freaky voodoo book but is really just crap.Avoid it at all costs.

Was The Drum the about those kids that found a bloody drum in the woods, one of them started playing it and went into a trance, then got carried away by a huge ghost stampede or something?

don't go into the woods alone - worst slasher film ever made. It makes Jason Goes to Hell look like a 5 star masterpiece.

I was going to watch Black Sheep, good to have been warned away from it! I've only got so many hours in this life...I'd hate to regret those two.

Black Sheep is an awesome movie. Will it scare you? No...at least I hope not. Is it outrages, gory, funny and original? Absolutely. Its a unique movie that takes a unique kind of person to appreciate it but its worth the shot. Hell; its worth watching just so you can say you saw it.

There's this movie called simply Werewolf. It's uh, pretty bad. It's got Martin Sheen's younger bro in it. There's a bit on here (http://www.toastedpixel.com/archives/2-08-06.html) that sums it up nicely. I watched it several times to absorb all the badness, because it just kept amusing me.

Headless Horseman

The worst horror i read was a book by Shaun Hutson. Can't remember its title but it was dire! The protagonist's name actually changed partway thru. Utter sh¥te!

Why you all hating Rob Zombie? I though Devils Rejects was awesome. It was very well directed and the musical score was superb.

Worst . . . . hmmm . . . . .

I thought Phantasm was utter shite! Oh yeah, and a recent one to avoid is Five Across The Eyes (possibly the worst I've ever seen!)

Rob Zombie's been around for ages in the music industry. He was the lead singer in White Zombie, a heavy metal band, and did a lot of solo stuff after that. He's turned his hand to directing, too, with House of 1000 Corpses, Devil's Rejects, and he remade Halloween recently as well.

please i like rob zombie too but the devils rejects was an embarrassment. the story was made up as it went along. the improvised dialogue seemed to be written by a drunken fratboy on viagra. the characters personalities were inconcistant with house of 1000 corpses (i guess otis got bored of ranting and being crazy) PLOT HOLES GALORE.and rob zombie totaly betrayed horror fans with those CGI blood splatter effects. i do agree it had a great southern rock soundtrack however if im coing to listen to freebird in its entirety i would expect more to happen that a 9 minute slow motion driving sequence :SPOILER:

It just shows you how much taste varies, eh? I thought it was SOOOO polished. To me it seemed like it had actually had a bit of money spent on it. And I thought the ending was superb. What I found impressive was how Zombie turned everything on it's head at the end by making the viewer - well, me at least - feel sorry for the family who were meant to be evil. I actually really wanted them to escape.

I dont mind Rob Zombie, I liked some of his movies.

but anyway, the worst horror movie I have seen so far was the movie: SICK, serial insane clown killer. that was a horrible movie! I only bought it at the time because I found the cover interesting, but it turned out the movie sucked!

I'll probably catch grief for this, but I thought "Brotherhood of the Wolf" was pretty bad. It's a French movie that's more action/martial arts then horror. There ended up not having a werewolf in the movie, instead some strange animal brought over from Africa. All I wanted to see was a movie about a werewolf on the rampage. Sometimes keeping it simple is better.
