The dream started as I ran out of the garage for unknown reasons, toward the rest of the back yard. As I was running, I noticed Ms. Lovett sitting in one of the lawn chairs underneath the gazebo. I skidded to a halt as soon as I realized it was her, sliding a foot or two on the twig covered large concrete foundation in the ground outside the garage. I nearly fell, but managed to catch my balance and ran over to Ms. Lovett and knelt next to her, my knees in the dry, dusty dirt. Somehow I felt as though we had known each other for a while.
I held her hand as I looked into her eyes, which stared blankly at the house. I leaned forward and hugged her from the side, asking if she was ok. She said she was fine and told me to kiss her. With slight hesitation I kissed her on the cheek and knelt back down. A few moments later, a strange grey machine rose up on the other side of the wooden fence, which had a huge oak tree growing through it.
The gazebo disappeared and we found ourselves in a strange looking red car, somehow still where we were but also somewhere completely different. Suddenly the machine, which had two barrels on each side and a star wars pod racer look to it. The two barrels started spinning violently in the opposite direction of the other, and the entire thing began to spin clockwise, then started turning and twisting, all while spitting bright purple and white fireballs in a steady and constant stream, much like a Roman Candle.
By the time it started twisting and spitting the fireballs in all directions, Ms. Lovett and I were puzzled, and quite shocked. That’s when I woke up, but the light in the room seemed brighter than usual, and it was very white, rather than yellow like it always is. I felt as though I was in a hospital or something similar with all the walls so white.
I spent 3 hours this evening pacing in the front driveway, watching the crackheads and trying to figure out what it meant, as well as being quite paranoid about all flying objects in the sky.
